Extradition and Transport Division

The Transport Division is in care of transporting inmates from other jails in the state to the Tazewell County Courts, subjects that are being held in other states for Tazewell County Criminal Offense charges, and mental health issues.

The Average of In State transports are 19 per month with an average of 1,790 miles per month.

The Average of Out of State Extraditions are 5 per month with an average of 1,625 mile per month.

The Average of mental health issue transports are on the average of 10 per month with and average of 1,040 miles per month.
